Thank you for choosing Seven Springs to host your retreat! Please follow this guideline for nightly group rates and extra add-ons. All prices include tax and support by our site staff.
Reservations are required at least one month before your event. We require a $250 deposit to hold your reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit, yet it may be transferred to a future event. Special exceptions will be handled on a case by case matter.
50% payment is required 2 weeks before the event. All outstanding balances must be paid in full by the first day.
Students may arrive early or stay late. Meals are not included if arriving early or late but students will have access to the kitchen. BYO camping extra nights are $35, shared yurts are $60 and privates are $100. Facilitators may arrive one day early free of cost, all other extra nights will be charged following the same pricing.
These prices include snack upon arrival, dinner on the first night and breakfast on the last morning. Additional meals are $10 per person. All prices include the use of all facilities: fully equipped outdoor kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 28 foot Yoga Shala, 24 foot yurt classroom with labyrinth, outdoor classroom, massage pavilion with table, over 100 acres of wooded trails.
*Glamping: We will provide you with a tent on a platform as well as bedding (including an air mattress) and a towel. Facilitators can upgrade to a yurt for $60 a night, this yurt can be private or shared by 2-3 facilitators for the same rate. Optional Services during your Retreat: Please note that any trips offered (to the Smoky Mountains or Fire Tower) do not include transportation. We recommend that either facilitators and/or students carpool and drive. We will lead the way as a caravan. Facilitators receiving free R&B do not need to pay the per person amounts listed above. All others will be included.
