Is there electricity in the yurts? yes! Each yurt has lighting as well as plugs to charge your devices. If you are in a glamping tent or camping tent, we have plugs for you to use in the dining area.
Is there AC in the yurts? There are fans in the yurts and no AC. Between the fans, windows, and center skylight there is nice airflow in the yurts. In the heat of the day in the summertime, we find it is best spent outside beneath the trees. We do ask you to turn off your fans during the day while out of the yurt for energy conservation.
Are there vegan/gluten free options for the meals? Yes! All our meals are vegetarian/vegan with gluten free options. We can also cater to other dietary needs. Read more about our meal options here.
What is the weather like? This is a hard one these days! Often, April and October months are warm in the daytime with bright blue beautiful skies and cooler evenings and at night. We make sure there are plenty of blankets in each yurt. May and September are temperate. June-Aug can be hot and humid. This all seems to change each year, so we recommend bringing layers for all weather and of course rain gear.
What are the bathrooms like? Our bathrooms are centrally located, with two stalls with flushing toilets and two sinks with large mirrors. We also have two large hot water showers with private changing space in each.
What is the cancellation policy? Please note that each retreat may have differing cancellation policies depending on the retreat leader. Seven Springs has the following policy for cancellation pertaining to your R&B cost: If you need to cancel your reservation anytime up to 30 days before the training then we offer a 75% refund or full transfer credit. If you cancel within 30-10 days before the offering, then we offer a 50% refund or full transfer credit. If you cancel within 10 days of the retreat then we cannot offer a refund or transfer credit. If you are taking a retreat with Jessi and Zach, the above policy pertains to the entire cost of the retreat.
Does Seven Springs allow pets? While we love pets, we have a strict no pet policy at Seven Springs. This is mostly for the safety of the pet, as well as wellbeing of all our guests. Please contact us if you have a service animal.
