Unplug.

AUGUST 21-23, 2026

3-Day Holistic Nature Retreat

Maryville, Tennessee

Unplug.

In today's fast-paced life, we rarely have an opportunity to slow down.

Our attention is constantly pulled in multiple directions, and our to-do list may extend beyond possibility. Yet, sometimes we have an opportunity to just stop, to exhale, to unplug.

Here is your opportunity.

Join us for a weekend of space and peace, where you will be nourished by home cooked meals, sleep in the comforts of our fully equipped yurts, and immerse yourself in the stillness of nature.

Your opportunity to step away from all the noise and be held by the stillness and wisdom of nature.

Labyrinth Walk & Forest Bathing

A labyrinth is a single, winding path that leads you to the center and back out again, designed for slow, mindful walking. Unlike a maze, there are no wrong turns; just one continuous path that mirrors the twists and turns of life. Walking a labyrinth is a moving meditation that supports reflection, stress relief, and insight, inviting you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner wisdom, higher self, and belief system.

Forest Bathing is a type of Forest Therapy and simply means “taking in the forest atmosphere.” It is based on the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, to counter the burnout and negative health symptoms people experience from living in urban areas and working indoor desk jobs. Documented health benefits include reduced stress, heart rate and blood pressure, and improved concentration, creativity, and mood. Forest bathing invites us to slow down, open our senses and heart, create mindfulness and be in the present moment.

“This was an amazing experience - getting in tune with nature and myself- it was what I needed to let me find myself. I met the most amazing people (friends). This was the 1st time I had done meditation, something I will continue to do. The yoga was amazing and also new to me. I feel so light. I look forward to going back each year to unplug and recharge. Thank you Jessi and Mary! ”
