Cancellation Policy

Please note that each retreat may have differing cancellation policies depending on the retreat leader. Seven Springs has the following policy for cancellation pertaining to your R&B cost:

• If you need to cancel your reservation anytime up to 30 days before the retreat then we offer a 50% refund or full transfer credit.

• If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat then we cannot offer a refund or transfer credit.

If you are taking a retreat with Jessi and Zach, the above policy pertains to the entire cost of the retreat.
