Give yourself one night of peace and relaxation... Immerse yourself in the healing of nature... Step into a supportive circle of mothers... Nourish your being with organic meals... Allow yourself a moment to exhale...
As women, we spend so much of our time serving and supporting those around us. If you’re frazzled, exhausted, and in need of space to reconnect with yourself and reset your self-expectations, then join us (and other Mamas in the same phase of life as you!) over Labor Day Weekend. Together we will find stillness, create connections, and celebrate the journey of womanhood that has led you to where you are today.
No Mama can do it all, even though we try so hard to, and this overnight retreat is a chance for you to set aside societal expectations and focus on yourself. We give so much to our children and Mama often comes last. We know it’s important to change that narrative! You can’t be the best mom you can be if you aren’t taking care of yourself.
This two day, one night retreat is perfect for local Knoxville area moms to take a chance on themselves and put themselves first. Come create space to breathe and rest, find joy in your journey, and gain friendship along the way.
You can expect nourishing, gentle yoga practices and sound baths that allow you to reset and become grounded, multiple meals, time to connect with other women, and multiple activities for the soul.
This retreat will be led by Jessi, cofounder of Seven Springs Retreats, and Jordan, owner of Mama Yoga. We are two local women going through the ups and downs of motherhood just as you are and are excited to get to know you!

She was also inspired by her international wanderlust family and pursued her passion for international non-profit work after studying at Washington University in St. Louis. Jessi spent 8 years working with the Guatemalan people to empower women, children, and whole communities through fair trade programs and access to education. Her JUSTA Collective non-profit programs continue this work for education, health and nutrition, and social entrepreneurship. Since her first teacher training in 2008, Jessi has creatively led retreats and workshops throughout the States, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Bali, and Costa Rica. She completed her RYT500 hour certification in 2012 a Holistic Doula Training with Holistic Midwifery in 2019 and now leads teacher trainings in these places she most enjoys to share. Jessi teaches a Vinyasa based practice to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath, and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is grateful for the journey of yogic creativity and loves to share this movement of bliss with others along the way.
