Nourish Retreat
MAY 14 - 17, 2026
OCTOBER 1 - 4, 2026
4-Day Holistic Women’s Retreat
in the Smoky Mountains of Maryville, Tennessee
This retreat offers 30 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits (YACEP) and provides a supportive, nature-immersed space to explore how yoga can be a powerful tool for healing, inclusivity, and empowerment.
To all women everywhere:
Slow Down, Rest, Nourish your Soul.
How often do you allow yourself to truly immerse in the art of self care?
How do you fill your cup so you may continue to give?
How may you bow down and appreciate the amazing being that you are?
When was the last time you were connected to the cycles of nature?
What does it take to say YES to you?
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and enter a supportive space where you can rest, reconnect, and refill your cup.
Over four days, we gather in circle, share stories, laugh, cry, and reconnect with practices that support our bodies, minds, and spirits. Together we create space for reflection, renewal, and meaningful change.
When women come together with intention, we nourish not only ourselves, but the families, communities, and worlds we help shape.
Slow down. Reconnect with nature. Nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Throughout the retreat, we will explore the elemental energies of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, allowing nature to guide our practices, reflections, and ceremonies.
Each day we will immerse ourselves in movement, nourishment, and ritual that supports holistic well-being and sustainable lifestyle shifts.
During this retreat you will:
Step into a supportive circle of women gathered in ceremony and community
Practice yoga in the outdoor shala surrounded by forest and fresh mountain air
Explore prop-supported yoga to deepen comfort, accessibility, and self-awareness
Enjoy three nourishing farm-to-table vegetarian meals each day
Learn about local herbs and their traditional medicinal uses
Experience healing movement modalities including yoga, dance, massage, and breathwork
Spend meaningful time in nature reconnecting with your inner rhythm
Leave with practical steps to support lasting health and balance in your life

Jessi was born and raised on the land of Seven Springs. She completed her first YTT200 in 2007 and her YTT300 in 2012. She co-founded Kula Collective Yoga School and Seven Springs in 2015. Jessi has always loved to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath, and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is passionate about anatomy and physiology and especially women's health.
Her first son was born in 2018, and since that time, Jessi has dedicated herself to learning more about birth and birth keeping, as well as focused on creating support circles for women. She has trained as a Birth Doula and Post-partum Doula, and she is passionate about Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
Most of all, Jessi believes yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit every woman, and while the asana practice may have brought her into the yoga path, Jessi now enjoys exploring the subtler aspects of the yoga journey through ceremony and circle.
