Retreat Highlights

A Land That Restores

Seven Springs is more than a retreat center—it is living land that supports regulation and renewal. Surrounded by forest, creeks, and mountain air, the property invites you to unplug from stimulation and reconnect with natural rhythms.

Intentional Movement for Every Body

Daily yoga practices are designed to support your nervous system and energy throughout the retreat. Sessions range from grounding and restorative practices to gentle solar-inspired morning flows, offering space to listen inward and move with intention.

Ceremony & Ritual

Sacred ceremony weaves the weekend together through meaningful moments of reflection and connection. A heart-opening cacao ceremony, evening fire circle, and opening and closing rituals help anchor your intentions and insights.

Immersion in Nature

From forest bathing to hiking or tubing in the Smoky Mountains, this retreat offers many ways to experience the natural world. Time is intentionally built into the schedule for wandering trails, resting in the forest, or simply enjoying the quiet of the land.

Creative Expression

Creative sessions invite you to explore watercolor painting and journaling as tools for reflection and self-expression. These experiences focus on curiosity and presence rather than skill or performance.

Nourishing Meals & Community

Enjoy farm-to-table vegetarian meals prepared with care and shared in community. Mealtimes, circles, and group experiences create space for meaningful conversation, laughter, and connection.

“I went to a retreat with my best friend at Seven Springs and it was AMAZING!  We had such a great time reconnecting in nature and enjoying the activities provided by the host.  Seven Springs is truly a very special place.  It's magical.  If you are looking for a place to disconnect and reconnect, I strongly recommend this place.  It's a brief drive from the airport, yet you feel completely separated from the city.”

Meet your Facilitators

  • Jessi was born and raised on the land of Seven Springs. She completed her first YTT200 in 2007 and her YTT300 in 2012. She co-founded Kula Collective Yoga School and Seven Springs in 2015. Jessi has always loved to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath, and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is passionate about anatomy and physiology and especially women's health.

Her first son was born in 2018, and since that time, Jessi has dedicated herself to learning more about birth and birth keeping, as well as focused on creating support circles for women. She has trained as a Birth Doula and Post-partum Doula, and she is passionate about Pre and Post Natal Yoga.

Most of all, Jessi believes yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit every woman, and while the asana practice may have brought her into the yoga path, Jessi now enjoys exploring the subtler aspects of the yoga journey through ceremony and circle.

  • Jessica Bieber is a yoga teacher, birth doula, childbirth educator, and community builder who is passionate about bringing people together in meaningful ways.

Her classes offer a sacred pause in busy lives — a space to breathe, reconnect with the body, and experience presence through movement and music. Jessica’s teaching style is grounding, joyful, and deeply relational, inviting students to explore self-discovery while feeling supported in community.
