Through guided practice and hands-on exploration, you will learn how gentle rocking, acupressure, and body momentum can support mobility, increase awareness, and bring ease to the body.

Whether you are an experienced yoga teacher or a practitioner drawn to somatic exploration, this retreat offers tools to expand your practice and deepen your connection with others.

Discover how mindful touch and Thai stretching can transform the experience of yoga.
