Join us for insightful discussions regarding belief systems and empowerment, guided imagery, burning bowl release ceremony, saging, sound healing, silent hikes and time for stillness to reflect.

- A Friday evening check in will give everyone time to settle in and to enjoy the space. Saturday morning we will gather at the Yoga shala for an opening ceremony and sage clearing, followed by a morning Asana practice and mindfulness.
- The rest of the day is yours to explore and immerse into your own soul in this beautiful Tennessee mountain hollow.
- We'll gather around a campfire for a relaxing evening, or perhaps a more energetic drum circle will emerge.
- Sunday morning begins at 8:00 a.m. for Asana, time for nourishment, and closing with the energizing of stones with high vibrational energy created with group intention.
A vegetarian chief will provide all meals.

Kelly Genna is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Her practice includes over 27 years as a student, educator and practitioner of whole body wellness. Kelly co-owns IMS-Integrative Medicinal Studies with her partner Matt in Knoxville; TN. Their mission is to raise the bar and broaden the scope in the field of massage therapy through Conscious Living Coaching and Continued Education. As an educator Kelly’s passion lies in the body mind therapeutic massage modality called Restorative Emotive Structural Therapy (R.E.S.T) and now trains fellow massage therapist, as a national continued education provider, and facilitates R.E.S.T. clients in her private practice, as well as a teaches a weekly yoga class.
