​Come along on an Ayurvedic Adventure as we explore food and our Human Experience through the lens of Ayurveda!

During this food and fun-filled weekend, we will learn and play through hands-on cooking, yogic movement and deep discussion. Dive into the Ayurvedic Universe of gunas, doshas, herbs and food. Plus, learn and practice kitchen asanas- little practices to keep us healthy and stable  in our crazy daily lives!

Meet your Facilitators...

Wendy Melvin nourishes the body, mind, and soul. She has years of experience working on her farm, growing her own food, and cooking for people all over the world. She is RYT-500 certified and focuses her yoga asana on yoga therapy. When she is not at Seven Springs, she lives with her family in Pulaski, Tennessee. They have lovingly named their organic farm and homestead Santosha, meaning contentment in Sanskrit.

Rebekah Frank is a yoga teacher from Huntsville, Alabama who firmly believes that yoga is accessible for all people - no matter age, size, flexibility, or ability level. She emphasizes teaching how to link the breath and movement, as well as how to find the right shape that works for your unique body. She is RYT-500 certified and works with local seniors and students who are interested in finding the right movements for themselves!
