“This was an amazing experience - getting in tune with nature and myself- it was what I needed to let me find myself. I met the most amazing people (friends). This was the 1st time I had done meditation, something I will continue to do. The yoga was amazing and also new to me. I feel so light. I look forward to going back each year to unplug and recharge. Thank you Jessi and Mary! ”

Amberly Kelley-Dotson
Amberly has been teaching yoga since 2016 and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study in areas that support healing, resilience, and connection. In 2022, she completed two years and 500 hours of in-depth training to earn her certification through the American Viniyoga Institute’s Foundations Program for Teaching and Yoga Therapy. She’s currently in her second year of a 750-hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor program with Joyful Belly’s College of Ayurveda, and will graduate in August 2025. At the heart of Amberly’s teaching is a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual. She specializes in one-on-one, breath-centered yoga sessions designed to meet students exactly where they are. Her approach emphasizes function over form, and supports students in exploring what healing and wholeness look like for them—whether that means relieving pain, settling the mind, rekindling energy, or reconnecting with a deeper sense of self. In addition to working with private clients, Amberly teaches in several yoga teacher training programs and offers continuing education for fellow yoga teachers. With a background in Recreation Therapy and holistic coaching, she brings a creative, compassionate lens to her work—often weaving in guided breath, visualization, journaling, and meaningful conversation to help people navigate stuck places and tap into their own inner wisdom. |
Jessi Luna Jessi was born and raised on the land of Seven Springs. She completed her first YTT200 in 2007 and her YTT300 in 2012. She co-founded Kula Collective International Yoga School and Seven Springs Retreat Center in 2015. Since then, Jessi has taught over 50 Yoga Teacher Trainings to hundreds of students all over the world. Jessi has always loved to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath, and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is passionate about anatomy and physiology and especially women's health. Her first son was born in 2018, and since that time, Jessi has dedicated herself to learning more about birth and birth keeping, as well as focused on creating support circles for women. She has trained as a Birth Doula and Post-partum Doula, and she is passionate about Pre and Post Natal Yoga. Most of all, Jessi believes yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit every person, and while the asana practice may have brought her into the yoga path, Jessi now enjoys exploring the subtler aspects of the yoga journey through ceremony and circle. |
