Highlights of this Retreat:

A Land That Heals
Seven Springs is more than a retreat center; it is living, breathing land that supports deep regulation and renewal. Surrounded by forest, creeks, and mountain air, each day invites you to attune to natural rhythms, unplug from stimulation, and remember what it feels like to truly rest in nature.

Intentional Movement for Every Body
Daily yoga practices are thoughtfully designed to support your nervous system and energy throughout the retreat; from grounding and restorative sessions to gentle, solar-inspired morning flows. Each practice offers space to listen inward, move with intention, and reconnect with your breath and body.

Ceremony & Ritual
Sacred ceremony weaves the weekend together, creating moments of reflection, connection, and presence. A heart-opening cacao ceremony, evening fire circle, and opening and closing rituals provide space to set intentions, release what no longer serves, and anchor the insights you receive during your time on the land.

Immersion in Nature
This retreat offers multiple ways to connect with the natural world — forest bathing, mountain hiking or river tubing, and unstructured time to wander, rest, or explore the land. Whether in stillness or adventure, nature becomes both teacher and medicine.

Creative Expression & Play
Through guided watercolor painting and journaling, you’re invited to express yourself beyond words. These creative sessions are not about performance or skill, but about curiosity, presence, and letting intuition guide your hands.

Nourishing Meals & Shared Community
Enjoy wholesome, farm-to-table meals prepared with care, supporting both nourishment and connection. Shared meals, circles, and experiences create space for meaningful conversations, laughter, and the kind of community that feels both spacious and deeply supportive.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

Jessica Bieber
I’m Jess, and I love nothing more than bringing people in my life together.

What truly lights me up are those magical moments in our lives when we feel connected to one another. I am a mother, wife, birth doula, childbirth educator, and yoga instructor.

In everything I do, I seek to be in the connectivity of the present moment, whether that is assisting a new mother as she brings her baby into the world, teaching a yoga class, or hosting friends in my home. My classes offer a sacred pause in our busy lives to intentionally breathe, nourish our bodies, and facilitate the connection to ourselves and others.

The energy of the yoga classes that I teach are grounding, truthful, and fun. Through music, self-discovery, and moments to pause, I provide an opportunity to dive deeper into each and every moment.

Jessi Townesmith
Jessi was born and raised on the land of Seven Springs. She completed her first YTT200 in 2007 and her YTT300 in 2012. She co-founded Kula Collective International Yoga School and Seven Springs Retreat Center in 2015. Since then, Jessi has taught over 50 Yoga Teacher Trainings to hundreds of students all over the world.

Jessi has always loved to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath, and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is passionate about anatomy and physiology and especially women's health. Her first son was born in 2018, and since that time, Jessi has dedicated herself to learning more about birth and birth keeping, as well as focused on creating support circles for women. She has trained as a Birth Doula and Post-partum Doula, and she is passionate about Pre and Post Natal Yoga.

Most of all, Jessi believes yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit every person, and while the asana practice may have brought her into the yoga path, Jessi now enjoys exploring the subtler aspects of the yoga journey through ceremony and circle.
