Join us once again as we circle together on the ancient soil of the East Tennessee Appalachian Mountains for this unique and ecstatic journey on the path of sacred self discovery. In our first Gender inclusive retreat, we offer integrated groups for exploration of our elemental nature. |

Through classes, playshops,
and info shares, we will: ~deepen our earth nature through the power of council share and sacred drumming; ~experience our water nature through dance flow and art; ~explore our fire nature through fire keeping and assertiveness practices; ~expand our air nature through journaling, journeying, and improv flow; ~integrate spirit though guided journeys, sound healing, and ceremony.

This retreat will feature a vegetarian, garden to table meal plan, as well as gorgeous outdoor living space for 4 days/3 nights! Our retreat space offers several lodging styles, from comfortable shared yurts with beds plus an option to BYO tent and bedding. Registration is limited, with only 14 available spaces. We are also offering a scholarship opportunity for a seeker who might need a bit of support on this journey. |

Meet the Facilitator
Jaia Mara
Jaia is an Appalachian native, is a dedicated seeker of the sacred, and brings passion, depth and commitment to her work. She is a professional performer and instructor, wedding officiant, and has over twenty years of profound and dedicated study in yoga, folkloric dance, ritual craft and energy work. A sacred movement devotee, she facilitates women’s circles, Sacred Arts Retreats, ritual dance workshops, wellness groups, and shares one on one spiritual coaching.
